Current employment experience:
Doug works as the Director of Assessment and Referral at The Pavilion. In this capacity, he is responsible for all department personnel and activities generated from department. These include: assessment for services for all clients; clinical decisions of disposition; and supervision of students, interns and staff.
Previous experience:
Doug was a registered nurse for 25 years with experience in ICU, medical-surgical, general medicine and orthopedics. He also holds an advanced degree in nurse anesthesia with specialty in regional anesthesia; has military medical training in ATLS, ACLS, red flag and field medicine and triage; and has served as a college instructor in anatomy and physiology.
