Social Work Faculty

At the School of Social Work, you learn from a diverse and innovative group of scholars, as well as some of the most approachable and student-focused professors. They are men and women who hold advanced degrees in social work, law, business administration, economics, political science, public health, psychology, and public administration. They regularly publish articles about critical social work topics in premiere journals, and they are committed to teaching excellence and mentoring students for academic and professional success.
They serve the citizens of Illinois, linking knowledge development to community needs, educating students for public service, and sharing the School's resources with the community. You may hear our faculty on public radio or read about them in the newspaper. But they still believe that leaving their doors open for students is an important part of their job.
